The Rocchetta apartment is a new and modern two-room apartment surrounded by a large sunny balcony with a splendid lake view.

The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen area, a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom with large wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

It is equipped with a lift, air conditioning and wi-fi and TV with satellite channel.

The apartment is located a few steps from the center in a panoramic position with the possibility of parking (for a fee) in the immediate vicinity.

The environments

Double room:
The double room overlooks the balcony through a French door; is equipped with a large wardrobe, double bed with storage and air conditioning.

Folding Sofa in Living Room:
In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people.

Bathroom:
The bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Services

• Check-in from 4.00 PM to 7.00 PM 
• Check-out from 09.00 AM to 11.00 noon
• Check-in after 7.30 pm there will be a supplement of 5,00 euro per hour and will be at our discretion.
• Please advise us one hour before the arrival leaving the cell number.
• Cleaning and laundry excluded: € 80,00 euro.
• The payment will be made at the CHECK-IN by credit card or cash.
• Security deposit of 150,00 euro at the arrival and at the end of the stay I will return you.
