The apartment is on the first floor of the building in front of the lake, it offers indoor car parking and stairs for exclusive access to the porch in front of the lake and to the apartment.

The interior is completely renovated, it has a large living room area directly overlooking the terrace outside.

The bathroom is equipped with shower and all sanitary.

The bedlinen are from “Bassetti” company.

The total beds are 4 included a comfortable and cozy sofa bed for two people in the living room.

The environments

Beautiful modern and cozy apartment with a double room and in the living room there is available a sofa bed that is ideal for summer and winter holidays with your family. Free car parking for one car and for the second car there is an extra cost.

The kitchen is full equipped and you can find also dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This apartment offers a TV with satellite channels in different languages, Wi-Fi free and terrace to admire the view during the lunch, the dinner or during your relax with two deckchairs.

Double room
The double room looks out with a window door on the porch terrace. It is equipped with a large wardrobe with mirror and chest of drawers. If you required there is a baby cot. The room houses a split for the air conditioning.

Sofa bed in the living room
In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people.

Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with shower in crystal box, wc, bidet, sink in excellent quality. The wide surfaces in ceramic ensure easy cleaning and hygiene.

The heating floor is great with also the additional heated towel rails.

• Check-in from 4.00 PM to 7.00 PM 
• Check-out from 09.00 AM to 11.00 noon
• For check-in after 7.30 pm there will be a supplement of 5,00 euro per hour and will be at our discretion.
• Please advise us one hour before the arrival leaving the cell number
• Cleaning and laundry excluded: € 90,00 euro.
• The payment will be made at the CHECK-IN by credit card or cash.
• Security deposit of 150,00 euro at the arrival and at the end of the stay I will return you.
• One free car parking, the second car parking has an extra cost (5,00 euro per day).
• High chair and baby cot available on request.

• Animals are not allowed.
• NO smoking in the apartment, only on the terrace.
